Previously, Andres Ogarrio was the Director of Design and Development for Honolulu-based Trinity Investments, a Real Estate and Hotel Investment Company with operations worldwide. Andres also worked for the Boston-based international architectural firm Moshe Safdie and Associates. Prior to starting his professional experience in the United States, Andres worked for the renowned architect Enrique Norten in Mexico City. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and earned his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Harvard University.
Juan Zapata previously had his own design firm, Arquitectura Integral, in Los Cabos. He has been a senior associate at Avalos Arquitectos and a founding partner of Estudio de Diseño M.M. Alvarez, a specialized firm in interior design. Juan worked as a designer for Diego Villaseñor y Asociados, an internationally recognized design firm specializing in coastal residential architecture. Juan first studied architecture at the Instituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia, Italy, and graduated from UNAM University in Mexico City with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
